Yesterday was a good day but today could be better.

In life, there are three major keys to happiness: Spiritual Assurance, Financial security and emotional ional stability.

While many people might pitch for financial independence and spiritual back-up, what they might not know is that emotional stability just like the spinal cord is what gives us frame and shape. It gives life meaning and something to hope for, a sense of proportion, intrinsic value, all because somebody loves us.

You can't serve God with a heavy heart because he requires joyful praise.

You can't function well in your office when your mind keeps darting back to last night's fall out with your spouse.

Your heart matters not just literally but figuratively.

As the heart pumps blood so your emotions fill you with vigor or sap your strength.

Please remember that bottling it all in can be very dangerous because if one day you finally explode, it might have nasty consequences.
