Trust can be compared to an egg in it's fragility. It takes a lot of effort to open up to another person and believe in them no matter what the situation is.
In this life, we all need someone to talk to. Someone we don't have to pretend with or wear a mask. What's challenging is how difficult it could be to find someone worthy and capable of being entrusted with not just our hearts but our entire lives.
So after all it took in efforts to connect with someone and finally see them as a part of you, to now find out that they were probably hiding things or not who we thought they were can be an emotionally devastating experience.
Many that have been betrayed or hurt withdraw into a shell and some even go as far as seeking revenge or spreading hatred everywhere.
Their is a common saying that goes 'forgive and forget'...
How easy is this? Can you still love someone wholeheartedly that has been found wanting in trust? Can you sleep with your eyes closed around them? Do you think people can change and turn a new leaf?
I'm curious to know what we think about this. Let's meet in the comments section and iron things out.
Happy weekend heart lovers ❤️
