I’m not a hater… but X doesn’t feel the same anymore.
According to Nikita Bier the head of product at X, the platform is now prioritizing face-to-camera videos over regular tweets and it shows. People with little or no followers are pulling massive impressions just by talking on camera, while solid tweets don’t hit like they used to.
It’s clearly intentional. X wants more video.
But let’s be real—X was built on tweets, banter, and real-time conversations, not turning everyone into a content creator with a front camera.
It might be working… but it’s also changing the whole vibe.
