Everyone talks about the beautiful side of relocating, better opportunities, good salaries, quality education and the chance to build a new life.
But behind every relocation dream is a fear that people don't always talk about. For some, it's the fear of starting all over again in a place where nobody knows them. For others, it's the thought of being thousands of miles away from family, struggling to find a job, battling loneliness or discovering that life abroad isn't as easy as they imagined.
Sometimes, the fear isn't even about leaving Nigeria. It's about what happens when you finally arrive.
Yet, despite all these fears, many people still take that bold step because they believe a better future is worth the risk.
Now, let's hear from you!
If you had the opportunity to relocate tomorrow, what would scare you the most?
A. Leaving family and loved ones behind.
B. Struggling to find a job or settle down.
C. Loneliness and starting life from scratch.
D. The fear of failing after investing so much.
E. Something else entirely.
Drop your answer in the comments and tell us why. Let's have an honest conversation about the fears we rarely discuss when it comes to Japa.
