Prof. Frank Nwoye Okafor – Chairman/Chief Executive Commissioner

Dr. Geoffrey Okwuchukwu Nwokoye – Executive Commissioner

Dr. Nnaemeka O. Ewelukwa-Executive Commissioner

Engr. Nosike Emmanuel -Executive Commissioner

Barrister Chijioke Nnaemeka Obi - Executive Commissioner

The Commission's Role include;

- Regulate electricity market
- Issue licenses
- Set and review tariffs
- Monitor performance standards
- Promote renewable energy
- Protect consumers
- Resolve disputes
- Advise the government on energy policies
