CHANGING GEARS 3.0: SOLUTION CONTINUES


Governor Chukwuma Charles Soludo, CFR, today presented the Draft 2026 Budget Proposals to the Anambra State House of Assembly. The ₦757.88 billion budget prioritizes infrastructure, human capital development, security, and social welfare, with ₦595.3 billion (79%) allocated to capital projects and ₦162.6 billion (21%) for recurrent expenditure.

The projected deficit stands at ₦225.7 billion (29.8%), reflecting strategic investments to accelerate economic growth and continue building a livable, smart Anambra for generations to come.
