NOTIFICATION OF DEFECTION FROM PEOPLE’S DEMOCRATIC PARTY (PDP) TO AFRICAN DEMOCRATIC CONGRESS (ADC)

I have formally notified the Speaker of the Sokoto state house of assembly of my decision to resign my membership from the PDP and join the ADC.

This decision follows the persistent and irreconcilable divisions within the PDP at the national level, which have continued to undermine unity, stability, and effective political engagement.

In line with the provisions of the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, I have taken this step in the best interest of my constituents and to ensure I continue to deliver on my legislative mandate under a more stable and effective platform.

I remain fully committed to serving the people of Tambuwal East Constituency with dedication, integrity, and focus.
