NYSC Corps Members Reportedly Abducted After Deadly Attack Along Kogi Express Road

A desperate appeal for help is currently making the rounds on social media after a woman claimed that her sister and several other members of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) were attacked while travelling from Bayelsa State.

According to the emotional message, which was shared on TikTok, the corps members reportedly came under attack along the Kogi Express Road after leaving Bayelsa State yesterday. The driver of the vehicle was allegedly killed during the attack, while the corps members were reportedly taken into the forest by their attackers.

The family says they have not heard from the victims since the incident.

In the viral appeal, the woman called on the NYSC, the Federal Government, security agencies and members of the public to urgently intervene and ensure the safe rescue of her sister and the other corps members.
