*Summary:*

A licensed Microfinance Bank in Lagos is seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee all HR functions, ensure regulatory compliance, and support workforce planning and employee development.

*Key Responsibilities:*

• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations

• Ensure compliance with labor laws and CBN/MFB regulations

• Oversee performance management, training, and staff development

• Maintain HR policies, records, payroll inputs, and staff welfare

• Advise Management on HR strategy and organizational effectiveness

*Requirements:*

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field

• 3–5 years HR experience (MFB or financial services preferred)

• Professional HR certification (CIPM/SHRM) is an advantage

• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
