Hiring: Project Manager / Virtual Assistant (PM/VA)

Location: On-site – Gwarinpa, Abuja

Start Date: Immediate (1–2 days max)

We’re looking for a smart, proactive PM/VA to join our team urgently. This role is ideal for someone who understands freelancing platforms and can manage proposals, client conversations, and internal coordination efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Submitting and managing proposals on Upwork

Managing client conversations on platforms like Fiverr and Upwork

Coordinating tasks using PM tools (Slack, Jira, Asana, etc.)

Basic data entry and content updates on CMS platforms

Supporting project execution and follow-ups

Collaborating with the team on timelines, updates, and deliverables

Requirements

Proven experience using Upwork (proposal submission + client messaging)

Familiarity with Fiverr client communication

Good command of PM tools: Slack, Jira, Asana (or similar)

Fast learner with strong communication skills

Basic understanding of Figma or any prototyping tool is a big plus

Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented

Compensation

Base salary

Weekly performance bonus (first month)

Revenue share on any deal closed via Upwork

Important

Role is on-site in Gwarinpa, Abuja

Must own a laptop to work with.

Must be available to resume immediately (within 1–2 days)
