We are seeking a Customer Service/Office Assistant to join our team. This entry-level position is ideal for a well-organized individual with strong communication skills and a positive attitude. You will be responsible for supporting daily office operations and providing excellent customer service to clients and visitors. Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and attend to clients, guests, and visitors in a courteous manner

• Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and general inquiries

• Provide accurate information about products, services, or policies

• Assist with filing, photocopying, and organizing office documents

• Maintain a clean and organized front desk and reception area

• Schedule appointments and manage calendars where necessary

• Support other departments with administrative tasks as needed

• Record and relay messages in a timely and professional manner

• Handle customer complaints or direct them to appropriate personnel

• Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum of HND/Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Good organizational and time management abilities

• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision
