Job Title: Product Manager

Job Summary:
We are looking for a results-driven Product Manager to oversee and manage the entire lifecycle of our foodstuff and meal prep product lines — from ideation to market launch and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of food production, supply chain, customer behavior, and product development with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, profitable, and customer-focused products.


Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Development
Work closely with CEO to develop, test, and refine recipes and food products.

Ensure all products meet food safety regulations, cost targets, and brand standards.

Production Oversight
Manage sourcing, packaging, shelf life, and inventory levels.

Optimize production processes for efficiency, scalability, and cost savings.

Monitor quality control and resolve product-related issues promptly.

Customer Experience & Feedback
Analyze customer feedback, sales data, and reviews to refine product offerings.

Develop and test new product bundles, meal kits, and packaging to improve convenience and appeal.

Marketing & Sales Support
Collaborate & Corperate with our content creator to develop product launch campaigns and promotional strategies.

Support customer service reps & content creator with product knowledge and competitive advantages.

Cross-functional Collaboration
Liaise with logistics, procurement, finance, and customer service to ensure smooth operations.

Prepare and present reports on product performance, forecasts, and profitability.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree.

3–5 years of experience in management & culinary.

Strong project management, organizational, and leadership skills.

Knowledge of food production, supply chain, and health/safety regulations.

Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and product management tools.

Preferred Skills:
Passion for healthy living, cooking, or the food industry.

Experience with e-commerce or retail food delivery.

Salary;300k above
