We’re Hiring: Site Manager / Project Manager
Location: Abuja, Nigeria
Department: Project Management / Engineering
Industry: EPC / Substation Installation / Power
Reports To: Project Director / Head of Engineering
Salary Range: ₦350,000 – ₦400,000 monthly (based on experience and qualifications)

What We’re Looking For:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (B.E/B.Tech)
Experience: 6–9 years of hands-on experience in EPC projects, specifically Substation Installation
Employment Type: Full-time / Permanent
Industry Exposure: EPC Industry, Substation Installation

Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee EPC substation installation projects from planning to completion.
Ensure effective feasibility analysis, project planning, cost management, resource allocation, design coordination, procurement, and execution.
Hold and attend customer meetings while maintaining strong professional relationships.
Ensure timely execution and completion of assigned projects.
Monitor site progress continuously and ensure compliance with scheduled supply plans.
Coordinate with customers on all project-related issues and provide timely feedback.
Work closely with internal teams, design, procurement, finance, site teams, and project management to ensure seamless project delivery.
Follow up and coordinate with subcontractors for effective project execution.
Liaise with the procurement team to ensure timely supply of all required materials.
Coordinate with vendors, clients, and consultants for engineering activities, inspections, and project documentation.
