What You’ll Do

✔️ Manage end‑to‑end monthly payroll processes with accuracy and timeliness.

✔️ Ensure full statutory compliance, including PAYE, Pension, NHF, NSITF, and all regulatory remittances.

✔️ Maintain, update, and audit payroll data and HRIS records to ensure data integrity.

✔️ Prepare monthly payroll and variance reports for management review.

✔️ Generate statutory and internal compliance reports as required.

✔️ Produce detailed payroll outputs, including headcount reports, cost summaries, and employee payslips.

✔️ Maintain accurate payroll data to support budgeting, forecasting, and workforce planning.

✔️ Support compensation reviews, benchmarking, and continuous process improvements.

✔️ Uphold strict confidentiality and security of all employee compensation information.

What We’re Looking For

🔹 4–5 years hands‑on payroll management experience

🔹 Strong understanding of Nigerian labor laws & statutory deductions

🔹 Excellent numerical and analytical skills

🔹 High attention to detail and confidentiality

🔹 Proficiency with payroll/HR software
