Experienced Construction & Interior Architect (with supervision expertise) at Zila Construction Limited

Salary: N280,000 to N300,000

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos

Job Description & Responsibilities:

- Design and develop detailed architectural drawings for all project phases, from substructure to finishing.

- Understand and incorporate technical details to ensure accuracy and feasibility.

- Supervise and coordinate the finishing stages, including installations such as tiles, POP, kitchen cabinets, wardrobes, and other interior elements.

- Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure quality standards are met.

- Conduct site inspections to oversee the implementation of designs and ensure compliance with specifications.

- Provide technical guidance and problem-solving during all construction stages.

- Prepare detailed documentation, including material specifications, shop drawings, and installation instructions.

Criteria & Qualifications:

- Proven experience in architectural design and supervision in construction projects, especially in substructure, superstructure, and finishing stages.

- Strong technical drawing skills, proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar software.

- Deep understanding of construction details, building codes, and safety regulations.

- Experience supervising interior installations such as tiles, POP, cabinetry, wardrobes, and related finishes.

- Ability to interpret and coordinate complex construction details and specifications.

- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple stages and teams effectively.

- Strong communication skills for coordination with clients, suppliers, and contractors.

- Demonstrated attention to detail, quality control, and problem-solving capabilities.

- Relevant educational background (Bachelor’s or Master’s in Architecture or related field).
