Our Nails & beauty salon located at Ikeja is looking for a FEMALE SALES/CUSTOMER REPRESENTATIVE.

Location - Ikeja(Candidate MUST be living within ogba, berger, dopemu, cement Ikeja itself)

Salary- 100,000 Naira Monthly

Working hour- Monday- Friday (9.00am- 7.00pm)

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Receive and Attend to Walk-In or Booked Clients Warmly.

• Respond to enquiries on Instagram, TikTok, Phone and Re-direct them to the Company’s WhatsApp or Website for Bookings.

• Manage Multiple Bookings, Cancellations & Reschedules.

• Maintain accurate Clients Records, Contact, Preferences & History.

• Follow up Clients after Services for Feedback, Loyalty & Re-Booking

• Record Studio activities & Update All Social Media regularly

• Create Engaging Contents for Social Media Platforms & Stories.

Job Qualifications:

* Minimum of BSC/HND

.Minimum of one(1) years experience as a customer service.

.Must have finished Nysc

* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

* Excellent communication skills

* Must be able to handle our social media channel(E.g Instagram story, WhatsApp story etc)
