Job Opportunity: Operations Manager (Fuel Sector)

Location: Ajah, Lagos (Only candidates residing in around Ajah axis will be considered)

Salary: ₦250,000 NET

We are seeking a skilled Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of our fuel business. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth operations across supply, storage, distribution, and retail activities, while driving efficiency, compliance, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage fuel inventory, logistics, and fleet operations.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards.
Lead and motivate operations staff.
Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to maintain a reliable supply chain.
Implement cost-control measures and drive operational improvements.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum of 4 years’ experience in operations, preferably in the fuel, oil & gas, or energy sector.
Strong knowledge of fuel distribution, HSE compliance, and process optimization.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
