Hiring: Assistant Operations / Procurement Manager at Bubbletii (Landmark), Expression Café, Wave Beach

Summary

The Assistant Operations & Procurement Manager (Food & Beverage) is responsible for overseeing and coordinating daily operations across - Bubbletii Café, Expression Café - service outlets, while providing oversight and leadership to the Supervisors at Wave Beach, to ensure consistent service delivery across all locations.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities

· Oversee day-to-day operations across all assigned service outlets.

· Supervise outlet managers and supervisors to ensure compliance with company policies, hygiene, and quality standards.

· Maintain effective staffing levels to meet operational, service, and financial targets.

· Monitor workflow efficiency and resolve operational challenges promptly.

· Conduct regular outlet inspections to ensure adherence to health, safety, and brand standards.

· Ensure operational readiness for events, promotions, and peak service periods.

Education and Work Experience

· Minimum of Higher National Diploma (HND) in Hospitality Management, Food Service Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

· Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in food and beverage operations front and back of house. Procurement, vendor management, and cost control.

· At least 2 years of supervisory or managerial experience, preferably overseeing multiple outlets or large-scale operations.

Demonstrated ability to coordinate teams across multiple locations, monitor performance, and maintain consistent service quality and customer satisfaction.
