Hiring: QUANTITY SURVEYOUR

Salary Range ₦150,000 – ₦250,000 net per month

Structure

● Hybrid work model: 4 days in-office / on-site, 1 day remote.

● Remote day focused on cost reporting, documentation, and analysis.

Education

● Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a

related discipline.

● Progress toward professional membership (NIQS, RICS, CIOB) is an

advantage.

Experience

● 2–5 years experience in a Quantity Surveying role.

● Prior experience in an interior design or fit-out company is required.

● Exposure to residential, commercial, or hospitality interior projects is

preferred.

Skills & Competencies

● Working knowledge of interior finishes, joinery, and FF&E cost components.

● Good measurement, cost estimation, and analytical skills.
