About the Role

GreenEnergy Hub Solutions, a growing renewable energy company, is seeking driven and results-oriented Marketing Associates to support client acquisition and business growth in Abuja. This is a field-based role suited for individuals who are motivated by performance, enjoy engaging clients, and are interested in renewable energy and infrastructure solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Promote GreenEnergy Hub Solutions’ products and services to prospective clients

Source, engage, and convert potential customers into viable business leads

Build and maintain strong client relationships

Support business development and regional expansion initiatives

Provide market insights, client feedback, and competitive intelligence

Qualify leads and hand over prospects to internal teams

Represent the company professionally in all client interactions

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in marketing, sales, or business development

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Confidence in client engagement and solution presentation

Comfortable with a performance-driven, commission-based structure

Results-oriented and able to work independently

Based in Abuja and available for full-time, field-based work

Compensation

2% commission on material cost for every successful client referral

Minimum guaranteed earning of ₦100,000 per successful referral

Unlimited earning potential based on performance
