Requirements

We are an innovative and fast-growing company seeking skilled Backend Developers to join our technology team. As a Backend Developer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining server-side applications, APIs, databases, and systems that power our products and services. You will collaborate closely with frontend developers, designers, and product managers to deliver robust and scalable software solutions.

Key responsibilities
* Designing, developing, and maintaining backend services and APIs.
* Writing clean, secure, and efficient code using modern programming practices.
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
* Managing and optimizing database performance (SQL or NoSQL).
* Troubleshooting, debugging, and upgrading existing systems.
* Ensuring application performance, uptime, and scalability.
* Implementing and maintaining best practices in backend architecture and security.

Qualifications & Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
* 3–6 years of backend development experience (Node.js, Python, Java, PHP, or other relevant languages).
* Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and third-party integrations.
* Strong understanding of databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
* Familiarity with containerization tools (e.g., Docker) and CI/CD pipelines.
* Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) is a strong advantage.
* Solid understanding of security, authentication, and authorization in backend systems.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
