The ideal candidate will support clients through their Onboarding process and provide visa guidance, ensuring a smooth start to clients travel journey.

Requirements:

- Experience working in a travel agency

- 2yrs experience in customer management

- Hands-on experience in visa guidance

- Strong client communication skill.
