Job Title: Quality Assurance Executive
Location: Lagos
Department: Quality Control
Reports To: Functionally – Head of Department | Administratively – General Manager
Salary Range: ₦200,000 (Net)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Executive to ensure that all food products meet regulatory standards, company specifications, and customer requirements. The role involves implementing food safety systems, monitoring production processes, conducting audits, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives in line with industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
Implement and maintain quality management systems (ISO 22000, HACCP, GMP, FSSC 22000).
Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Conduct audits, inspections, and risk assessments to ensure food safety.
Supervise product sampling, testing, and evaluation of raw materials and finished goods.
Train production staff on GMP, food safety, and hygiene practices.
Monitor customer satisfaction and collaborate with teams to resolve quality issues.
Maintain proper documentation of quality policies, procedures, and reports.

Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Microbiology, Chemistry, or a related field.
2-4 years of proven experience in Quality Assurance within the food manufacturing industry.
Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000, or FSSC 22000 standards.
Good understanding of local and international food safety regulations.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational ability.
