Our client, a reputable FMCG company in Lagos, is seeking a dynamic HR Manager to drive people management strategies and support organisational growth.

*Job Description:*

- Develop and implement HR policies aligning with company goals and Nigerian labour laws

- Manage full recruitment cycle: sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and orientation

- Drive employee development programs and performance management systems

- Foster a positive work culture and handle employee relations

- Ensure HR compliance with labour laws, health, and safety regulations

- Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate employee records

*Requirements:*

- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field

- Professional certification (CIPM, SPHR, SHRM, etc.) is a plus

- 4-7 years' HR experience in FMCG or manufacturing

- Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR practices

- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills

- Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office
