About Company: Our client is a marketing and advertising agency in Lagos.

The company is seeking to hire an experienced HR Manager who will oversee all HR services across HR documentation, administrative coordination, general staff management, welfare administration, employee data management, and compliance, while ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to- staffing functions- recruitment, onboarding etc.

- Ensure the timely procision of work tools: emails, Internet and workstation for new hires.

- Prepare employment letters, confirmations, exits and transfers.

- Maintain accurate employee records, database and HRIS updates.

- Prepare reports on HR-related metrics.

- Manage attendance, leave, and timesheet tracking.

- Coordinate staff welfare administration (HMO etc).

Key Requirements

- B.Sc in Business Administration, Human Resource Management or any related field.

- 4 years’ experience in a similar role.

- Experience working in a startup organization is a plus.

- HR Certifications (CIPM, PHRi or equivalent) is an added advantage.

- Knowledge of office administration procedures and the Nigerian Labor Law.

- Strong organization and documentation skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic HR reporting tools.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
