Salary: 450k (gross)

Responsibilities

• Resolve conflicts between employees and/or management through effective mediation.

• Drive performance management initiatives to enhance employee engagement, productivity, and overall organisational effectiveness.

• ⁠Maintain optimal staffing levels by coordinating end-to-end recruitment.

• Oversee employee relations matters, navigating complex issues and fostering a positive work environment.

• Collaborate closely with management to understand HR needs and priorities, providing strategic guidance and solutions.

• Stay abreast of HR trends and best practices, incorporating innovative approaches to drive continuous improvement and organisational success.

• Any other responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualification & Experience

• B.Sc. or HND degree in Human Resource or related field. 

• HR Certification i.e CIPM. PHRI is an added advantage.

• Minimum of 4-5 years relevant HR experience 

• Minimum of 2-3 years relevant experience in talent management within the education industry is an advantage.

• Excellent organisational skills, ability to multitask with attention to detail.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

• Proficient with MS Word & Excel.

• Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and legal requirements.
