Ollie Major is looking for a highly organized, prevention-focused Facilities & Maintenance Services Manager to lead the upkeep, maintenance, and operational readiness of our serviced apartments in Lagos.

This role is critical to ensuring our homes remain well-maintained, guest-ready, and aligned with our hospitality standards through structured systems, proactive maintenance, and effective team management.

Key Focus Areas:

• Preventive maintenance & routine inspections

• Supervision and scheduling of maintenance teams

• Structured workflows, reporting & documentation

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience in facilities, maintenance, or property management

• Hospitality / serviced apartment experience preferred

• Strong leadership, organization, and attention to detail

• Comfortable with Google Workspace and reporting tools
