WE ARE HIRING – CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Location: Ikotun, Lagos

Work Days/Hours: Monday–Saturday | 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Salary: ₦150,000 monthly

Key Responsibilities

•Manage customer interactions via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media

•Handle escalations and resolve complaints promptly

•Set team targets and monitor KPIs (response time, resolution rate, satisfaction)

•Train and mentor team members; prepare weekly performance reports

•Ensure accurate order tracking and smooth cross-team collaboration

•Maintain updated knowledge of company products and policies

Requirements

•HND/BSc in Business Administration, Communications, or related field

•2–3 years of customer service

•Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills

•Proficient in CRM or call center/order management tools

•Ability to multitask and manage high-volume customer interactions
