Hiring: Customer Relations Officer

Job Brief:

A Lekki-based real estate firm is seeking a customer-focused Customer Relations Officer to manage client interactions, handle inquiries and complaints, and ensure excellent customer experience.

Responsibilities:

Serve as the main point of contact for clients.

Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.

Build and maintain positive client relationships.

Provide accurate information about company products and services.

Maintain proper records of customer interactions.

Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction.

Requirements:

OND/HND/BSc in a related field.

1–2 years experience in customer service or customer relations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem-solving and customer-handling abilities.

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office/CRM tools.
