Job Title: Operations & Online Sales Agent Location: Lekki–Ajah Axis, Lagos Employment Type: Full-time

Salary: ₦130,000 (Net Monthly)

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operations & Online Sales Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, manage online sales activities, and support daily operational tasks. This role is best suited for a fresh graduate with strong communication skills and a willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle online sales activities, including responding to customer inquiries and processing orders.

• Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

• Assist in managing daily operations to ensure smooth business activities.

• Maintain accurate records of transactions and sales activities.

• Collaborate with team members to meet operational and sales targets.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.

• Perform other tasks as may be assigned by management.

Requirements

• Fresh graduate, not more than 30 years old.

• Must have completed NYSC.

• Proven experience in customer service.

• Must be computer literate with proficiency in basic office applications.

• Must reside on Lagos Island (Lekki–Ajah axis preferred).

• Must be flexible and open to working on a roster schedule, including night shifts.

• Must be ready to resume immediately.
