ABOUT THE ROLE:

Staffbridge Recruitment Agency is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales, fashion, and delivering excellent customer experiences while supporting store operations and driving revenue.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum of SSCE/OND

ROLE INCLUDES / KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Assist customers in-store and provide exceptional service.

2. Manage sales activities and maintain strong product knowledge.

3. Support inventory management and stock-taking processes.

4. Ensure the store is tidy, organized, and visually appealing at all times.

5. Recommend outfits and confidently style customers based on their preferences.

6. Support marketing and promotional activities within the store.

QUALITIES & KEY REQUIREMENTS:

Must live around Lekki phase 1

• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.

• Fashion-savvy with a good eye for style and current trends.

• Confident in recommending outfits and styling customers.

• Previous retail experience is an added advantage.

• Strong marketing and sales skills with a target-driven mindset.

• Friendly, approachable, well-spoken, and professional.

• Reliable, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Social media awareness is a plus.
