Hiring: Marketing Strategist

Location: Lagos

Salary: NGN 150,000 - 250,000

We seek a data-driven Marketing Strategist to lead growth initiatives, analyse performance data, extract insights, measure impact and turn findings into strategies that drive revenue, customer acquisition, and strong long-term brand growth across markets now.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute an end-to-end marketing strategy aligned with business growth and scaling objectives.

Plan, manage, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across social media, paid ads, search, email, and other digital platforms.

Track, analyze, and interpret marketing performance metrics, including reach, engagement, conversion rates, CAC, CLV, ROI, and funnel performance.

Conduct data analysis and metric evaluation to identify trends, opportunities, gaps, and underperforming channels.

Requirements:
