NYSC CAMP IS ALMOST OVER! PLEASE, GET HOME SAFELY.

The drills, early morning parades, new friendships, Mammy Market gist, camp activities and countdown to the end of orientation camp!

For many prospective corps members, the excitement is building because they'll soon be leaving camp and beginning the next chapter of their NYSC journey.

But as everyone prepares to travel back to their states of deployment and settle into their new routines, there's one thing we must not forget: getting home safely is more important than getting home quickly.

📌 Before leaving camp, remember these few things:

🚍 Make your transport arrangements with reputable operators.

📍 Let someone you trust know your departure time, route and expected arrival time.

📱 Charge your phone fully and keep important contacts accessible.

🧳 Keep your belongings and important documents safe.

⚠️ Avoid unnecessary stops and be cautious about accepting rides from strangers. Follow credible travel and security updates along your route.

To every PCM preparing to leave camp, we know you're eager to reunite with family, see your loved ones and finally rest after those demanding camp days.

Enjoy the moment, take pictures, exchange contacts and cherish the memories you've made. But please, don't let the excitement of leaving camp make you careless.

Your NYSC journey is just beginning. Make it out of camp safely, arrive at your destination safely and give your loved ones a reason to smile when they see you.

Safe travels to all our prospective corps members. May your journey be protected from beginning to end.

Share this reminder with someone leaving camp soon. A little reminder can go a long way.
