When I was posted to my Place of Primary Assignment (PPA), I wasn't sure what to expect. I had many questions in my mind. Would I fit in? Would I be able to contribute? Would this experience change me?

On my first day, I felt nervous and excited at the same time. Everything was new, from the environment to the people I would be working with. However, I quickly realized that my PPA was more than just a place to complete my service year. It was a place where I would learn valuable lessons that no classroom could teach.

As the days passed, I became more involved in different activities. I learned how to work with people from different backgrounds, manage responsibilities, and adapt to new situations. There were challenges along the way, but each challenge became an opportunity to improve.

One of the most memorable parts of my experience was interacting with people whose lives were different from mine. These interactions helped me develop better communication skills, patience, and a deeper understanding of teamwork.

My PPA also taught me the importance of dedication and consistency. Some days were demanding, but showing up and giving my best helped me become more confident and disciplined.

Looking back, I can confidently say that my PPA experience has been one of growth, self-discovery, and personal development. It changed the way I see work, service, and my future career.

If there is one lesson I will always remember, it is this: every experience, no matter how challenging, has the potential to shape us into better versions of ourselves.

My PPA did not simply give me a place to serve; it gave me a story worth sharing.
