If your call-up letter says Lagos State, don't be surprised if your orientation camp is not in Lagos.

Due to the large number of prospective corps members deployed to Lagos, NYSC has announced that some PCMs posted to Lagos will have their orientation course in Ekiti, Kwara, Ondo, Ogun, and Osun camps.

✅ You are still officially posted to Lagos State.

✅ The camp location is only for your orientation exercise.

✅ After camp, you'll return to Lagos for your primary assignment and service year activities.

For many PCMs, this comes as a surprise, especially those already making plans based on Lagos camp expectations. The best thing to do now is carefully check your call-up letter and confirm your actual camp location.
