Before you set out for the 2026 NYSC PCM Camp, make sure every document below is ready and neatly arranged in a waterproof file or folder.

📋 Must-Have Documents for Every PCM

✅ NYSC Call-Up Letter (Original + at least 3 photocopies)

✅ Green Card (Printed Copy)

✅ Original Statement of Result or Degree/HND Certificate with photocopies

✅ School ID Card or an official Departmental Identification Letter

✅ Recent Passport Photographs (Minimum of 8, white background)

✅ Medical Fitness Certificate issued by a Government Hospital

✅ NERD Clearance

✅ At least three (3) photocopies of every important document

Additional Documents (Where Applicable)

Foreign-Trained Graduates: Academic credentials, International Passport, and Visa pages.

Medical Professionals: Valid practising licence.

PCMs requesting relocation:Medical report or other supporting documents.

Addendum Letter: If issued by NYSC.

Polytechnic Graduates: SIWES/Industrial Training (IT) completion letter.
