📢 NYSC Issues Fresh Guidelines for 2026 Batch B Stream II Prospective Corps Members

As the 2026 Batch B Stream II Orientation Camp draws closer, the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) has released important guidelines to help Prospective Corps Members (PCMs) prepare for a smooth camp registration.

If you're reporting to camp soon, here are the key updates you shouldn't ignore.

1. Avoid Night Travel

NYSC has advised all PCMs to avoid travelling at night when heading to their orientation camps. Plan your journey properly, leave early, and always put your safety first.

2. Ensure Your Graduation Details Match

Before travelling to camp, confirm that the graduation date on your Call-Up Letter matches the date on your Statement of Result or Certificate.

Any discrepancy could prevent you from completing camp registration.

If you notice any error, contact your Student Affairs Officer (SAO) immediately for assistance before reporting to camp.

3. Print and Sign Your Registration Form

Remember to print, sign, and take your registration form along with your other required documents. It is one of the documents you will submit during camp registration.

4. Need to Correct Your Date of Birth?

If your date of birth requires correction, NYSC has provided a process through your dashboard using a WAEC Verification PIN.

Eligible PCMs can purchase the verification PIN, access the "Correction of Date of Birth" option on their dashboard, complete the required details, and submit the request for verification.

📌 Final Reminder

Taking a few minutes to verify your documents before travelling can save you from unnecessary delays and disappointment at the orientation camp.

Double-check your documents, follow the official NYSC guidelines, and make safety your priority throughout your journey.

💬 Have you verified all your camp documents? Is there any issue you're still trying to resolve before camp? Share your questions in the comments.
