At the Spotify Camp Nou on 9 December 2025, Barcelona came from behind to secure a 2–1 victory over Eintracht Frankfurt all thanks to a second-half brace by defender Jules Koundé.

Frankfurt struck first in the 21st minute, when Ansgar Knauff capitalised on a swift counterattack to put the visitors 1–0 up.

After the break, Barcelona responded. In the 50th minute, Koundé nodded home from a cross by Marcus Rashford to level the score. Just three minutes later, he rose again this time converting a delivery from Lamine Yamal to put Barça ahead 2–1, a lead they held until full-time.

The comeback victory keeps Barcelona’s hopes alive in the group stage and gives them a much-needed boost after a mixed European campaign.
