Liam Delap has agreed personal terms with Chelsea ahead of a £30 million ($41m) transfer to Stamford Bridge from Ipswich.
What Happened?
The 22-year-old striker has seen his release clause at Portman Road triggered. That became active once the Tractor Boys suffered relegation out of the Premier League at the end of the 2024-25 campaign.
