The FA Cup is gone. Knocked out by a Championship side. Southampton, of all teams.
So let's ask the question that every Arsenal fan is avoiding right now — is this season ending with absolutely nothing to show for it?

Think about where they are. The FA Cup? Done. The Premier League title race? Liverpool and others are not waiting around. The Champions League? Still in it, but Arsenal have shown repeatedly that when the pressure is highest and the stage is biggest, something always goes wrong. A defensive error. A missed chance. A performance that flatlines at the worst possible moment.
This is a squad that was built to win. Assembled over years, backed with serious money, handed a manager with full trust from the board. And yet here we are again — watching Arsenal fans console themselves in April with "we're still in the Champions League" the same way they consoled themselves last season, and the season before that.
The trophy drought for Arsenal is already stretching into uncomfortable territory. The FA Cup win in 2020 feels like a lifetime ago. The league? Don't even start that conversation.
So the question is real and it deserves a straight answer — will Arsenal end this season with a trophy, or are we about to watch another campaign dissolve into what-ifs and almost-theres?
Because at some point "potential" stops being exciting and starts being embarrassing.
Do you think Arsenal still win something this season, or is it another year of nothing? 👇🏾
