About the Company:

A Virtual Receptionist company and Headhunting/Recruitment agency seeking an energetic Appointment Setter to connect with pre-qualified leads.

Role Overview:

Follow up with leads who have already expressed interest, build rapport, explain services clearly, and set appointments.

Responsibilities:

• Call and follow up with interested leads from CRM

• Build quick rapport and set appointments

• Follow a clear, consistent process

Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent spoken English with neutral/light accent

• Strong phone presence – confident, friendly, professional

• Motivated, results-driven personality

• Reliable internet (40 Mbps+), Intel i3 or better, 8GB RAM, backup power/internet

Work Schedule:

• 5 days per week

• 9 hours per day (includes breaks)

• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST
