Location: Remote

Salary: ₦200,000 - ₦300,000 per month, salary is negotiable and final offer will be based on experience/portfolio quality.

What You’ll Do

Edit UGC ads, Meta ads, and VSLs optimized for paid campaigns.

Create and test multiple hook variations to improve performance and engagement.

Apply colour grading, sound design, and motion graphics when needed to enhance quality and viewer experience.

Requirements

Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and CapCut.

Be able to work without micromanagement.

Knowledge of After Effects is a big plus.

Experience editing UGC-style content and performance ads (Meta, TikTok, YouTube).

Understanding of hooks, retention, pacing, and iteration in ad creatives.
