Hiring: Client Service & Social Media Manager (Remote)

Salary Range: ₦85,000 – ₦100,000

Location: Lagos (Remote with physical meetings as required)

Reports To: Operations Manager, CEO

-Handle all client relations, inquiries, and service needs

-Serve as the first point of contact for clients

-Initiate and execute CRM ideas and processes

-Curate, update, and maintain client inventories and records

-Minimum of 1 year experience in Customer Service, Client Relations, Admin, Sales, or a related role

-Excellent communication and negotiation skills

-Tech-savvy and comfortable using digital tools and social media platforms
