About the Program

This Clinical Data Management Internship is a structured, hands-on training-to-hire program designed to develop future Zilla STAFF team members.

· Must have a reliable laptop or desktop computer capable of running required applications

· Must have a stable, high-speed internet connection suitable for video meetings and secure systems access

· Must be available during core working hours (EST) or as otherwise communicated

· Complete structured training modules on clinical data management fundamentals

· Support clinical data review, validation, and cleaning activities with high accuracy

· Assist with database setup, maintenance, and documentation

· Perform detailed data quality checks and support query management activities
