A dark cloud has fallen over Nnamdi Azikiwe University (UNIZIK), Awka, as a 300-level student tragically collapsed and died while playing a football match.

Eyewitnesses say the young man suddenly slumped on the pitch, sending shockwaves through fellow students and spectators. Despite frantic efforts to revive him and rush him for medical attention, he was confirmed dead shortly after.
