The Sculptor’s Eye
Daniel chipped away at the marble, seeing only the flaws in the goddess’s shoulder. He chiseled until she was perfect, then chiseled until she was thin, then chiseled until she was dust. He stood over a pile of white powder, holding the most perfect pebble the world had never seen.
