Away yet my soul stays awake with you
Distance in body, but never untrue
Apart in miles, still touching as one
Bound in harmony quietly strong
I watched every drop of honey wax
Savor the sweetness we never lack
Love drips slowly, soft yet bold
Pressed through time, untouched by cold
Thoughts lingered, weaving through dusk and mind
Our bond stronger than strength defined
When we meet like waves in the open sea
Joy surrounds us pulling endlessly
We zip affection like water to thirst
Drink till the longing burst
Filled to the brim, no space for pain
Where every imbalance even again
