For the programmer, Sunday was "Reboot Day." He didn't just restart his computer; he tried to restart his brain. He spent the day away from screens, walking through the woods where the only "data" was the rustle of leaves and the smell of pine. He saw the week as a series of open tabs in his mind, each one draining his battery. Sunday was the "Close All" button. It was the moment he cleared his cache and prepared for a fresh installation of life. By the time he went to bed, his internal processor was quiet, ready to handle the complex code of the Monday morning rush.
