The bus ride was supposed to be ordinary, but nothing about it felt normal. Every passenger seemed distant, lost in their own world. Kola noticed that no one spoke, not even when new people boarded. The driver never turned around, and the route seemed unfamiliar. When Kola tried to get off, the door wouldn’t open. Panic set in. Finally, an old woman sitting beside him whispered, “You’re not supposed to be here.” Before he could ask what she meant, the bus stopped abruptly. The doors opened, and the passengers stepped out into a place that looked nothing like the city. Kola hesitated, but something told him he had no choice.
