The Enugu State Police have filed SERIOUS charges against Mrs. Chisom Okonkwo, wife of Ozioma Okonkwo, weeks after he (Ozioma) was paraded online for allegedly defiling his two children.

According to the police, she is accused of giving false information during the investigation.

Ozioma is however, said to be innocent of the crime. The case is now before the court, and authorities say more details will be released as proceedings continue.

This is not the first time such issue is coming up. About two years ago, a similar case occurred when a man who had a quarrel with his wife in Effurun, Delta State was accused by the wife of defiling his daughter.
